Most mid sized projects run between six and sixteen weeks from discovery to handover. The exact timeline depends on how many systems need to connect and how clean your current data is, which is something we confirm during the blueprint phase before work begins.
We prefer to work with what you already run. Migration is only recommended when keeping a legacy system would cost more than replacing it, and that recommendation always comes with the numbers to back it up.
